Liability

• 518 Cards & Collectibles, its organizers, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property belonging to attendees or vendors.

• All attendees and vendors participate at their own risk.

• Any damage caused to venue property or equipment by an attendee or vendor will be the sole responsibility of the individual(s) involved. Costs for repair or replacement will be billed accordingly.

Vendor Policy

• Vendor table fees are non-refundable unless cancellation is requested at least 14 days prior to the event.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason.

• Vendors must follow all event rules provided before and during the show, including setup instructions, conduct expectations, and compliance with local laws.

• 518 Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for sales disputes, authenticity claims, or pricing issues between vendors and customers. Each vendor is responsible for their own products and transactions.

Attendee Policy

• Attendees must respect vendors, staff, and fellow guests at all times.

• General admission is non-refundable.

• Any attendee engaging in disruptive behavior, theft, or damage may be removed from the event without refund and may face legal action.

Photography & Media

• By attending, all guests and vendors acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken at the event.

• 518 Cards & Collectibles reserves the right to use event media for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without further notice or compensation.

Children & Minors

• Children and minors are welcome at the event. If attending without a parent or guardian present, they are still expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.

• Parents or guardians will be held responsible for any damage or misconduct caused by their child, even if not present.

Prohibited Items & Conduct

• Illegal, counterfeit, or explicit materials may not be sold, displayed, or distributed at the event.

• Vendors and attendees must refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct. Violations may result in immediate removal from the event with no refund.

General

• 518 Cards & Collectibles reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Attendance or participation in our events constitutes acceptance of these terms.
